Kenji Kamiyama ist ein japanischer Regisseur und Drehbuchautor, geboren am 20. März 1966 in Saitama. Er ist auch unter dem Namen 神山 健治 bekannt. Internationale Aufmerksamkeit erhielt er mit „Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex“. Später führte er unter anderem bei „立喰師列伝“ und „Enter the Anime“ Regie.
